BilimPublic offer
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by sole proprietor Baigurzhin Shyngys (the "Provider") to conclude a contract for access to the "Bilim" ("Smart Helper") service at bilim.valmaty.kz (the "Service").
Acceptance of the offer means registering an account in the Service and/or paying for a subscription. The contract is concluded from the moment of acceptance.
The Service is intended for use by school-age children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Only a person aged 18 or older may register and pay.
2. Terms
User — the parent or legal guardian who created the account.
Child profile — a record with the child's name, age, grade and language of instruction inside the User's account.
Subscription — the right to use the Service within the limits for 30 calendar days from the confirmation of payment.
3. Subject
The Provider gives the User access to the Service: a voice and text AI helper for homework, dictations, essays, memorising, stories and work with uploaded textbooks.
The service is provided electronically and is considered rendered from the moment access is opened.
4. Price and payment
The price of a Subscription is 15 000 (fifteen thousand) tenge for 30 days. The price is in tenge, taxes included.
Payment is made by bank card through the Robokassa payment service. Card details are not passed to the Provider.
Access opens automatically after the payment service confirms the payment. There are no automatic recurring charges: to renew, the User pays for a Subscription again. If a Subscription is still active, 30 days are added to the current term.
A free trial pack (10 questions to the helper) is given once per account and requires no payment.
5. Usage limits
In a paid period the following limits apply: up to 300 questions to the helper, about 80,000 characters of speech (roughly 265 voice answers), up to 300 speech recognition requests, up to 15 dictation generations and up to 20 book uploads. Daily caps also apply. Limits exist because voice and the AI model are paid per use.
Limits reset with a new paid period. The Provider may change limits and price for future periods by publishing a new version of the offer; terms of an already paid period are not made worse.
6. Rights and obligations
The User is responsible for keeping the password safe, for the accuracy of data and for the child's use of the Service. The User agrees not to give access to third parties for resale, not to bypass limits with automated means, and not to upload materials they have no right to use or unlawful content.
The Provider undertakes to keep the Service running, to protect the User's data in line with the Privacy Policy and to answer requests sent to the email address below.
The Provider may suspend access in case of breach of the offer and during maintenance.
7. About the AI helper
Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may contain inaccuracies. The helper does not replace a teacher and does not guarantee school grades. A parent may and should supervise the child's lessons.
The helper does not provide medical, psychological or legal services. For questions about a child's health and safety, turn to adults and specialists.
8. Refunds
Refund terms are described on the "Payment and refunds" page and are part of the offer. In short: if no more than 7 days have passed since payment and no more than 20 questions to the helper were used, the Provider refunds the full amount to the card used, within 14 days after the request.
If the Service was unavailable through the Provider's fault for more than 72 hours in a row during a paid period, the Provider, at the User's choice, extends the Subscription by that time or refunds a proportional part.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy published in the Service. By registering, the User confirms that they are the legal guardian of the child whose data they enter and consents to the processing of the child's data for the operation of the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, texts and code belong to the Provider. Books and materials the User uploads to the library remain the User's; the Provider uses them only to run the helper in the User's profile and does not show them to other users. The User confirms they have the right to use these materials.
11. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the current Subscription period. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by the internet, payment services, AI providers and other circumstances beyond its control.
12. Term and changes
The offer is valid indefinitely. The Provider may change it by publishing a new version on the site; changes apply to payments made after publication.
13. Disputes
Disputes are settled by negotiation. Claims are accepted by email and reviewed within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are settled under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
