What you buy
A 30-day subscription to the "Bilim" ("Smart Helper") service: a voice AI helper for a school child. The price is 15 000 tenge (KZT). You can try the first 10 questions free, without a card.
In a paid period: up to 300 questions to the helper, about 80,000 characters of speech (roughly 265 voice answers), up to 5 child profiles, a library of books.
How to pay
Sign up on the site, open "Subscription" and press "Pay". Card payment takes place on the protected page of the Robokassa payment service; we never see your card details. Cards supported by Robokassa are accepted. The price is in tenge.
There are no automatic charges. When the term ends, you can pay for a subscription again.
How you receive the service
The service is electronic, there is no delivery. Access opens automatically, usually within a minute after payment. If access has not opened within 15 minutes, write to us.
Refunds
Full refund: if no more than 7 days have passed since payment and no more than 20 questions to the helper were used. Money is returned to the card used, within 14 days after your request.
Failure on our side: if the Service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row, we extend the subscription by that time or refund a proportional part.
In other cases there is no refund for the part of the service already provided.
To get a refund, write to the email or WhatsApp below with your account email and payment date.
